Something I love about it is that it doesn't get my heart rate up.so I can do it right before bed, if my guilt gets the best of me for almost skipping that day. I have to admit, I haven't quite used it every other day.more like 3-4 times a week while I was still losing weight and now that I'm at my goal, about 2 times a week (really should do it more.but life gets in the way!). This way I do a much shorter session (20 mins or so).but still get the benefits. The way I use it is a bit different from the suggested way.I've broken it down into leg exercises and arm/stomach exercises and attempt to do them every other day. Out came the Pilates machine and I haven't looked back since.Īfter three kids, my stomach is flat (although, truth be told, I haven't had much of an issue w/that 's more my hips and thighs, but things had started changing) and I now have the closest thing to a six-pack that I'll ever have! : ) It took about a month or two to really start seeing major results and getting comments from friends.

THEY HAD ME ORDER IT.THIER KIDS TAKE TURNS WITH IT IN THERE ROOM.I DON'T THINK THE PARENTS EVER GOT TO USE IT,BUT THEY ALSO DIDN'T HAVE ANY PLACE ELSE TO PUT IT IT'S JUST TO BIG AND NOT ALL THAT EASY TO PUT AWZAY.I GAVE IT FOR STARS BECAUSE IT WORKS GREAT ,JUST BE WILLING TO GIVE SOMETHING UPM LIKE DINING ROOM AND YOU'LL LOVE THE RESULTS.
I HAVE FRIENDS WITH 8 CHILDREN WHO LOVED IT WHEN THEY SEEM IT. SHE CAN'T STAND TO TAKE IT OUT AND PUT IT AWAY.
MY FRIEND I GAVE THE OTHER ONE TO WAS A WASTE. YOU CAN'T HIDE IT.AFTER ALL THESE YEARS I FINALLY TOLD MY HUSBAND TO PUT IT AWAY ,I'M TIRED OF SEEING IT AND HAVING IT IN THE WAY.I LOVED IT ,BUT I HAVE NO SPACE ,IF YOU HAVE EXTRA ROOM IN YOUR HOUSE IT IS PERFECT. THE OLDER ONE WAS DEFINATLY MADE BETTER.EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SO HEAVY.BUT THIS ONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EXTRA ROOM IN YOUR HOUSE ,IT TAKES UP SPACE EVERYWHERE.
I bought may first pilates at loeast 7 years ago,it was wider then and heavier.EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY LOVED IT.IT WAS GREAT ,BUT TO HEAVY,AFTER A FEW YEARS GAVE IT AWAY AND GOT A NEWER ONE.
